T20fun may modify these Terms and Conditions, Promotion Rules, and related policies at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective on publication or communication of the revised terms. Continued use of the Services after such publication constitutes acceptance of the changes. For promotions, specific terms prevail in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms.
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update it as necessary. You must create a unique username and password and keep them confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. T20fun may require documentation to verify identity, age, and address, including government-issued ID and payment method details. Multiple registrations by the same person are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of winnings.
You undertake to comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and to refrain from any activity that could facilitate illegal conduct, money laundering, or fraud. You will not impersonate another person, disguise your identity, or misrepresent information. You must immediately notify T20fun of any suspected unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for all transactions conducted under your Account.
The Services are provided for legitimate personal entertainment and recreational use. You may be required to complete KYC checks before certain actions (including withdrawals). T20fun may impose limits on deposits, betting, or withdrawals in accordance with regulatory obligations and risk controls. If a technical fault or manifest error occurs in the platform, T20fun reserves the right to cancel, void or adjust affected Bets or Transactions in its sole discretion.
All Bets are subject to the applicable game or event rules and these Terms. Bets are valid only if placed through the official interface with available funds. A Bet is considered accepted when a transaction ID is generated and recorded in your account history. You may not cancel a bet after it has been accepted. If an event is suspended, cancelled, or after commencement the result is known, T20fun may void related Bets. Odds, lines, and handicaps are subject to change until the point of acceptance. In the event of a manifest error, T20fun may, at its sole discretion, offer the option to place a new bet at corrected odds or void the original bet. Abnormal betting patterns, bots, or technically automated betting may lead to immediate account termination and voiding of winnings.
Deposit and withdrawal methods will be offered on the Site. Minimum deposits and withdrawals, processing times, and any fees are published in the Cashier and may be updated from time to time. Funds deposited belong to the User and are not insured by any government agency. All payments must be from and to accounts in the name of the Account holder. T20fun reserves the right to perform AML and identity checks, suspend or restrict deposits or withdrawals, and request documentation as a condition of processing transactions. In the event of suspected illicit activity or inconsistent information, T20fun may freeze funds or close the Account. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. T20fun implements AML controls and may require documentation to verify identity, age, address, and source of funds. Where necessary, you agree to provide copies of documents and information within required timeframes. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, retention of funds, or closure. Funds must be sourced from legitimate origins; use of funds from illicit activity will be grounds for prohibiting participation and reporting to authorities.
T20fun maintains a Responsible Gaming program and provides access to self-assessment tools, timeouts, and self-exclusion options. Users experiencing gambling-related problems should seek appropriate support services and restrict or suspend activity on their Account. The Availability of these tools does not guarantee prevention or remediation of problem gambling, and usage is at the User’s sole discretion.
Prohibited conduct includes illegal activity, money laundering, collusion, using multipleAccounts or sharing credentials, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, and any form of cheating or manipulation. T20fun reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts, void winnings, reverse transactions, or pursue legal remedies for violations. Attempts to obscure identity or circumvent safeguards will be treated as serious violations.
T20fun may suspend or terminate an Account at any time for breach of these Terms, regulatory non-compliance, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned subject to pending transactions. Outstanding bets, withdrawals, or promotional obligations may be resolved in accordance with applicable rules before closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan, in the Union of the Comoros. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration in Anjouan under the applicable arbitration rules, or, at the User’s option, by the competent courts of Anjouan. The existence of arbitration does not preclude regulatory complaints where applicable.
Any notices to you may be provided via the Platform messaging system or email address associated with your Account. Notices to T20fun shall be effective when communicated on our Site or via official support channels. Routine communications may be published on the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any Promotion Rules and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and T20fun regarding the Services. No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing and signed by T20fun. You acknowledge and accept that all data and communications are stored and may be retrieved for regulatory and security purposes.
